We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Salesforce Lead Developer and Salesforce Developer.

Job Description :
Salesforce Developer

Experience: 2+ years

Notice Period: 0-15 days

Certification:
PD1 certificate is mandatory

Location:
Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Adhere to Salesforce development methodology and best practices for change management, development, and testing.
Enhance products, services, and technical processes within your domain by leveraging best practices and understanding internal and external business dynamics.
Make informed decisions and demonstrate judgment in various situations.
Train, coach, and guide new team members and junior colleagues; oversee their work when necessary.
Innovatively solve intricate problems and adapt existing solutions to address novel challenges.

Required Skills :

Possession of Salesforce Developer certifications, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
Proficiency in utilizing pointandclick development tools offered by the Salesforce platform.
Strong proficiency in Apex coding, with a predisposition towards utilizing pointandclick solutions when feasible.
Mastery of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and retrieval.
Demonstrated experience in integrating with external applications via web services and REST APIs.
Proficiency in employing Lightning Web Components to enhance usability, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Indepth understanding of the leadtocash process, with a specific emphasis on the creation and management of quotes.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies fosters flexibility and collaboration.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
A robust comprehension of concepts and procedures in your domain, complemented by sound knowledge in related areas.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills enable you to lead, influence, and persuade others.
Selfmotivation coupled with the ability to work autonomously.
