    Job Description:

    You will be responsible for identifying new brand partners through market analysis, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth on our platform.

    Role Specifics - Day in the Life

    • Identifying new partners and executing a long-term relationship
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to make informed partnership decisions.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging brands to stay ahead of market trends
    • Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential brand partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and manage the end-to-end partnership process.
    • Collaborate with the legal team to draft, review, and execute partnership agreements.
    • Maintain high satisfaction across our partners and their customers
    • Familiarize Partners with the Product features / functionalities and Provide feedback and insights from brand partners to relevant teams to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
    • Plan & execute strategies with the Partners to grow the market presence
    • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Timely reporting of Partner Performance, Deals in Pipeline, Red alert, target achieved, and support needed
    • The incumbent would be extensively involved in cross-functional liasoning across Digital Marketing, Branding and Deals Teams, etc.
    • Should be able to assess the efficacy of their business initiatives, enabling them to make well-informed decisions based on empirical data and performance metrics.

    Must have skills :

    • Education : Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing / Sales / Mass Communication / relevant discipline
    • Experience : 3 – 6 years of experience
    • Strong communication skills: Should have very strong spoken and written communication
    • Stakeholder Management - Strong in building internal & external business relationships in a partnership setting
    • Analytical Skills
    • Ability to find new partners to increase new partner pipeline
    • Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions
    • Existing network of contacts within the industry will be a plus.
    • Excellent rapport-building and relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver
    • Proven solution selling experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to brand partnerships, providing regular updates to senior management.
