OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

Build and maintain lasting relationships with brands and partners by understanding key points and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating daily activities with the Sales Team.
Engaging with technical and/or operations team members in complex scenarios.
Communicating and Engaging with clients to identify their requirements.
Providing Monthly Reports to Clients.
Ensuring that the sales targets are met.
Addressing brand queries and complaints.
Assisting the team with promotional campaigns and marketing offers.
Regular engagement with the product team to deliver intelligence on client needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's/MBA Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, communicate with stakeholders, and meet expected milestones.
Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
