OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with brands and partners by understanding key points and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating daily activities with the Sales Team.
- Engaging with technical and/or operations team members in complex scenarios.
- Communicating and Engaging with clients to identify their requirements.
- Providing Monthly Reports to Clients.
- Ensuring that the sales targets are met.
- Addressing brand queries and complaints.
- Assisting the team with promotional campaigns and marketing offers.
- Regular engagement with the product team to deliver intelligence on client needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/MBA Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, communicate with stakeholders, and meet expected milestones.
- Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Proficiency in design such as Adobe Photoshop, the illustrator will be an added advantage._**
