    Description

    Key Responsibilities include:
    Candidate must have extensive experience in HORECA sales
    Experience of handling at least fourstar properties is amust.
    Candidate should be good people managementexperience and handling large sales
    volumes.
    Negotiate contracts with key stakeholders.
    Liaiseeffectively with key accounts to get Company and its SKUs listed inorder to enhance
    sales.
    Develop Salespromotion plans for delivering sales volumes.
    Developeffective pricing strategies and promotion plans to cater toclients in Hotel
    Restaurants and Cafes etc.
    Develop and administer credit policies and ensure timelycollections.
    Plan/execute/support local marketingactivities such as sampling/promotions to agreed
    budgets and time scales and integrating sales efforts with otherorganized marketing
    activities product launches andpromotions.
    Manage customer contact activity andprograms for HORECA and others.
    Sales forecasting forsmooth production support.
    Build positive and impactingrelationships with key stakeholders and channel partners
    within the framework of company policies.
    Expand distribution and new account acquisitions in the assignedgeographic area through
    effective marketanalysis.
    Onboarding of new clients across allInstitutional Segments such as Hotels Restaurants
    BarsCatering Operators Schools etc. Clients from both Luxury andBudgetary Class have to
    be catered.
    Ensuringend to end services to the clients i.e. from demand generation todelivery and
    postdelivery services.
    Purchasecoordination with the vendors and suppliers for the range ofproduct portfolio.
    Stocks & Logistics coordinationwith the commercial & warehouse team
