    Job Description:

    We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Quality and Compliance Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance to uphold our commitment to delivering the highest standards of purity and quality. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering dedication to detail, a proactive mindset towards quality, and a deep-seated culture of excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

    · Establish and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process, from sourcing raw materials to final product distribution.

    · Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Supply Chain, and NPD, to integrate quality checks and measures at every stage of the production cycle.

    · Manage the documentation and record-keeping processes related to quality control, including maintaining accurate records of test results, audits, and corrective actions.

    · Lead investigations into quality issues or non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to quality assurance and compliance, and incorporate relevant updates into our processes.

    · Train and mentor team members on quality assurance principles and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

    · Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors as needed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    · Drive initiatives to promote a culture of quality and excellence across the organization, emphasizing the importance of delivering pure, chemical-free dairy products to our customers.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, HACCP) are preferred.

    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within the food or dairy industry, with a proven track record of success.

    3. Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to food safety and quality.

    4. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and purity.

    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.

    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and communicate complex quality concepts to diverse audiences.

    7. Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

    8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
