    About the Role:
    As our Lead Recruitment Manager, you'll spearhead our efforts in sourcing and securing top talent for our esteemed banking and Financial services clients. This isn't just about filling positions; it's about crafting strategic partnerships and empowering the banking industry's brightest minds to drive innovation and growth.


    Lead Recruitment / Client Relationship Manager
    • MUST HAVE worked in a recruitment firm environment
    • Compensation is in the range of 5L-8L per annum including variable
    • Work Expectations - Generate a Gross Margin of 35 Lacs per annum from existing clients
    • MUST HAVE worked in a recruitment firm / Executive Search / RPO environment
    Job Description :
    • Role will involve Client and Hiring Manager engagement
    • Final Screening candidate interview
    • Hiring Manager call to get a clear and deep understanding
    • Flexibility to work with multi industries
    • Social Media sourcing for senior mandates
    • Creatively attract passive candidates
    • Create process templates for sourcers and screeners
    • Request feedback from client
    • Client Relationship management
    • Frequently visit client to understand them inside out
    • Must have ability to close Finance and Sales mandates
    • Must have ability to work with Mid- Senior candidates
    • Non IT hiring expertise is a must
    • Could have a team of sourcers and screeners to report into
    • Should be okay to work in a target oriented performance driven environment

    Requirements

    Qualification required:

    Graduate / Post Graduate

    Candidate Attributes :
    • 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role as Lead Recruiter / Client Relationship Manager.
    • Have been responsible for Revenue generation
    • Entire years of experience in consulting
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
    • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
    • Skills -Non IT Recruitment, Client Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiator Etc

    Requirements
    Skills required: Experience of sourcing, screening and recruitment through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking, social sites, etc. Candidate Attributes : Good communication, Ability to deliver results and Target Driven, work with little direct supervision Experience: Applicants experience in Recruitment firm, HR Consultancies, have worked on Candidate sourcing and Client engagements.
