    Circle of Games (COG) is a WEB3 multi gaming app, launched in global market with a vision to on-board the next Billion users to Blockchain through casual games, which millions play every day. For details about COG visit:

    COG is looking for Finance Business Partner, who can drive the financial management across COG's business by partnering and collaborating with our internal teams and functions (e.g. product teams, leadership team, marketing, as well as other internal functions) and our external stakeholders.

    This role is more than just managing numbers; it's about being a critical partner in our journey. You'll be working closely with the leaders of our teams and/or stakeholders to constantly figure out how to grow our business. Your goal is to enhance ownership, comprehension, and responsibility for our financial outcomes, providing both support and constructive challenges to your key stakeholders.

    You'll proactively track and analyze our performance from both Revenue and EBITDA perspectives in order to support decision-making and help assess the investments and risk-taking strategies of our business for long-term business growth.

    As a key collaborator, you will actively engage with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the drivers influencing the top-line, such as product plans, various growth levers, and the anticipated outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in dissecting the cost structure, ensuring a thorough grasp for your stakeholders of how expenses are evolving and impacting the overall EBITDA.

    1. Become a trusted business partner to help manage Game P&Ls from both Revenue and EBITDA points of view in order to achieve our financial targets
    2. Provide your key stakeholders with actionable financial and operational insights and analysis to support, challenge and influence decision making
    3. Financial planning and analysis activities such as forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, cost management and analysis.
    4. Understand and assess our games' investments and risk-taking strategies
    5. Work with the team to invent, simplify, and implement sustainable and scalable business management processes, strengthening our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial practices.
    6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the Web3 gaming space

    :

    • 3+ years of relevant experience from e.g. FP&A, business control, or other similar finance roles
    • Strong financial acumen & strategic mindset
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both in understanding their needs as well as communicating effectively in a clear and concise manner
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter with an improvement mindset
    • Excellent in analytical problem-solving and financial modeling
