    Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter BPO / ITES

    Location: New Alipore, Kolkata (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:
    • Source, identify, and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates
    • Utilize various sourcing methodologies to find top talent
    • Build strong relationships with potential candidates
    • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment
    • Strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical
    • Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting)
    • Target-driven and results-oriented
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • A laptop or desktop with reliable internet connection
