    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Work on imparting the right product knowledge to customers and resolving their queries over calls and helping them choose the best loan

    2. Work on acting as a link between networked banks and customers and help them in getting their queries resolved on time

    3. Work on communicating with customers of diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs, and helping customers by resolving their issues
