    Description

    About the job :

    • As a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant, you will be involved in developing, designing and supporting the technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • You will provide administration, application development, integration with other IT services, maintenance, and technical support, using best practice web programming techniques to create robust solutions for utilizing the ServiceNow :
    • Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
    • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
    • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

    Qualifications :
    years of experience of ServiceNow Applications development or Product implementation experience

    • Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
    • Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and serverside scripting
    • Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage
    • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
    • Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's

    Essential Qualification :

    • Certified System Admin
    • Passport is mandatory
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
