    Hiring Inside Sales Manager for EVE Technologies Pvt Ltd


    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    • Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.
    • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team members achieve sales targets.

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

    Lead Generation:

    • Oversee the generation and qualification of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

    Client Engagement:

    • Assist team members in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services effectively.

    Sales Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor team performance and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.

    Pipeline Management:

    • Manage and maintain sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business opportunities.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.
    • Job Location: Kolkata
    • Eligibility: Graduate with 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales with excellent communication skills.

    CTC:
    4 Lakhs - 5 Lakhs / PA


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
