    Requirements

    • CS/ MBA/LL.B graduate.
    2. 5-7 years' total experience (with minimum 3-5 years in Banks/ NBFCs preferably in the regulatory compliance domain)

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willing to continuously learn various Regulatory/Statutory laws applicable to NBFCs.

    Job description:
    -•Tracking new updates from RBI and communicating the same to the Senior management.

    • Preparing checklists for effective tracking and monitoring of Compliance requirements.
    • Working closely with Business team in implementing the above requirements
    • Preparation of MIS and trackers required for monitoring compliance.
    • Advisory to business team on compliance related matters
    • Overseeing the compliance aspects involved in partnership products of the Company.
    • Maintaining and tracking compliance checklist pertaining to new partner onboarding especially on Digital lending compliances
    • Negotiating and following up with Stakeholders on compliance related matters
    • Drafting of Policies/processes for the Company
    • Ensuring all compliances/checks at the time of new product launch.
    • Coordinating for the trainings conducted by the Company for its employees.
    • Support in responding to RBI related queries/other correspondences.
    • Coordinating and ensuring support to Legal and Audit teams in compliance related matters.
