**Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome visitors, guests, and employees as they arrive at the office. Provide directions, information, and assistance as needed.

Answering and Directing Calls:
Handle incoming calls on the main office line, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department. Take messages accurately and ensure prompt delivery.

Reception Duties:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures. Monitor visitor access and issue visitor badges.

Administrative Support:
Assist in various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing courier services, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped as needed.

Handling Correspondence:
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.

Data Entry and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases. Input data into relevant systems and update information as required.

Assisting with Special Projects:
Provide support for special projects and events as needed. Assist with preparations, logistics, and coordination.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, guests, and employees. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality guidelines.


Job Expectations:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.


Minimum Qualification:
Degree in relevant field


Minimum Job Experience: 2-3 years
