We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare by supporting healthcare professionals and their patients.

    We are currently in search of an experienced Clinical Sales Specialist located in Gurgaon (India) to join our Wound Care team. This role entails achieving sales goals, enhancing clinical and sales expertise through building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting the use of advanced wound care solutions in key therapies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve field sales targets by serving existing accounts and customers.
    • Establish strong customer relations by engaging directly with hospital physicians, nurses, and other staff.
    • Conduct educational programs and ensure healthcare providers have the necessary product application skills.
    • Promote the use of advanced wound care solutions in key therapies.
    • Provide primary clinical training and education to customers.
    • Stay updated on new products in the market and company offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide insights on competitive products.
    • Independently manage sales activities to meet or exceed sales expectations.
    • Deliver product presentations to clinical decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
    • Identify and engage new customers to boost revenue.
    • Enhance awareness of Mölnlycke products' clinical applications through training programs.
    • Continuously improve sales and clinical knowledge and customer relationships.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
    • Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
    • Positive attitude and team player.
    • Accountable and proactive approach to work.
    • Strong multitasking, organizational, and research skills.
    • Technical and clinical proficiency.
    • Experience in working collaboratively with various teams.
    • Nursing diploma or degree.
    • Prior experience in nursing or wound care management.
    • Preferably, background in a medical device company.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • Employee will be based in Delhi NCR and report to Gurgaon headquarters.
    • Business travel may be required.
