    Assistant Manager/Manager - Internal Audit GRCS

    Experience: 4+ Years


    Qualification: Qualified CA


    Location: Hyderabad


    Industries: Management Consulting


    CTC: 18L - 26L


    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Leading and managing the team to ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
    • Identifying deficiencies and inadequacies in processes and documentation.
    • Developing policies, procedures, risk assessments, and control frameworks.
    • Risk consulting and staying updated on industry trends.
    • Designing and implementing risk strategies.
    • Conducting quality and compliance reviews.
    • Handling internal audit, financial control, SOP design, process audits, risk management, and control assessment.
    • Planning and delegating work efficiently based on requirements.
    • Contributing to team members' performance development.
    • Managing clients effectively and serving as the main contact for client issues.
    • Independently closing out audits with minimal supervision.
    • Planning audits and allocating personnel.
    • Keeping up-to-date with developments in risk, statutory, and quality domains.
    • Providing periodic trainings to team members.

    Desired Profile:
    • 5-7 years of internal auditing experience.
    • Qualified CA with excellent academic record.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Client-facing experience preferred.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Strong organizational, documentation, and publishing skills.
    • Inquisitive approach to assignments.

    Skill Set:
    • Extensive experience in internal auditing.
    • Understanding of risk and regulatory strategy reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
    • Analytical thinking and project management abilities.
    • Contribution to business development.
    • Domain knowledge and understanding of key business processes.
    • Control rationalization, optimization, and efficiency.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with data analytics expertise.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE.
    • Effective team leadership skills.
