- Maintain client satisfaction by delivering high-quality Facility Management services and support programs to enhance customer experience
- Coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL
- Assist in tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
- Support compliance with company's audit and compliance standards
- Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor SLAs monthly
- Enforce Company policies and ensure safe work practices
- Implement and monitor hazard control, safety practices, and regulatory compliance
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the account team
- Drive the development of best practices and innovations
- Support work order management for staff and vendors
- Assist in facility soft services such as meetings preparation, food services, parking, etc.
