    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The Assistant Manager - CRM will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or MBA
    • Proven experience in a customer relationship management role, preferably in the Gaming & Entertainment industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience
    • Generate regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement campaigns
    • Train and mentor junior team members to improve customer service skills
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
