Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively involving in building the right team for Greyamp

2. Owning recruitment end to end, looking for quality over quantity, and driving targets to closure

3. Actively driving recruiting for all positions, tech & non-tech, across all levels

4. Working with the team to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement

5. Identifying and executing appropriate sourcing medium to attract suitable candidates

6. Champion the usage of Social and Digital media as recruitment tools

7. Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stages

8. Extensively using job portals & platforms to identify the right candidates

9. Providing strategic market data and market research about the latest trends about sourcing profiles

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th May'24 and 13th Jun'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
