Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and negotiating strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will also analyze trends to identify areas for growth and propose innovative solutions to drive company success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, market research, and sales strategy
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in market analysis and industry trend evaluation
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the FMCG/FMCD industry is a plus
