    Description

    Role Overview:

    • Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery.
    • Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving.
    • Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses.
    • Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses given data and resource availability, time, etc.
    • Effectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis.
    • Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings.
    • Develop longlasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients.
    • Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zones.
    • Manage business uncertainty.
    • Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship.
    • Assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc.
    • Manage daytoday project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations.
    • Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client.

    Brief Job Description:

    • Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems.
    • Own key aspects of analytical projects.
    • Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client.
    • Create project plans, get buyin from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan.

    Competencies Required:

    • Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & Tableau is a must.
    • Hands on experience in data manipulation using SQL and Alteryx tool and creating dashboards using Tableau is must.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have.
    • Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
    • Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results.
    • Multitasking and prioritizing is of high importance.
    • Candidates with 3+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop (preferred) or any other visualization tool around campaign performance.
    • Connect Power BI / Viz tool to different data sources, import data and transform data for understanding various marketing campaign performance.
    • Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, Macros.
    • Implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI, develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query.
    • Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports and to visualize various trends as per the business requirements.
