Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Familiarity with hotel management software

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to guests, check them in and out efficiently, and address any inquiries or concerns.

Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, directing calls, messages, and requests to the relevant departments.

Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, including maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, and managing front office supplies.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive guest experience.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and contribute to a cohesive team environment.


Requirements:

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively and courteously.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
