    Role : Lead/ Manager - Game Developer/Unity Developer/ 3D unity Developer

    Job location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

    Exp : 4-12 Yrs

    We are in search of an adept and seasoned Technology Lead to spearhead our team in the development of educational animation games.

    The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in game development, with a focus on animation technologies, and a deep commitment to crafting meaningful learning experiences for children, particularly those with .

    Responsibilities :


    Technical Oversight :
    Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to the game development team, comprising developers, designers, and animators.

    Game Design and Development :

    Lead the conceptualization, creation, and execution of interactive animation games tailored specifically for children with disease, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and fostering engagement and accessibility.


    Technology Evaluation :

    Assess and recommend suitable technologies, platforms, and tools for game development, ensuring alignment with project requirements and financial considerations.


    Prototyping and Evaluation :

    Collaborate closely with the team to prototype game ideas, conduct rigorous usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience and educational outcomes.


    Quality Control :

    Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards for game development, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.


    Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

    Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including game design blueprints, development roadmaps, and post-project evaluations, to capture and disseminate insights and best practices.


    Team Leadership :

    Mentor and support team members, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and encourage continuous learning and professional growth.


    Project Management :

    Work closely with project managers to strategize and prioritize tasks, monitor project progress, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality game products.

    Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.

    • Demonstrated experience (59 years) in game development, with a specialized focus on animation and interactive media.
    • Proficiency in leading game engines such as Unity, ThreeJS, alongside animation tools like Blender, Maya, or equivalent software.
    • Expertise in programming languages with familiarity in scripting languages commonly used in game development.
    • Knowledgeable in UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and gamification methodologies.
    • Previous involvement in educational or serious games projects, particularly those targeting children or individuals with special needs, is highly advantageous.
    • Exceptional problemsolving abilities, creativity, and a deepseated commitment to leveraging technology for positive societal impact.
    • Excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a collaborative, resultsdriven mindset.
