    Job Title : SalesDirector
    Location : Gurgaon India Job Overview:
    As part of a young aggressive firm poised for exponential growth weare on the hunt for a Strategic Sales Director who can harness thedynamism of the IT services landscape to catapult Velocitai into anew era of success. This role is not just about leading sales; isabout being at the forefront of an exciting journey drivingVelocitai to scale up innovate and redefine industrystandards. Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop andimplement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with theVelocitais goals and objectives focusing on sustainable growthwithin the IT services sector.
    • BusinessDevelopment: Identify new business opportunities cultivatepartnerships and negotiate contracts to expand our market share andrevenue.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct indepthmarket research to understand industry trends customer needs andcompetitor strategies adjusting our approach accordingly tomaintain competitive edge.
    • Team Management andDevelopment: Lead mentor and expand the sales team fostering anenvironment of excellence accountability and continuousimprovement.
    • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationshipsunderstanding client needs and delivering solutions that meet thoseneeds.
    • Sales Targets: Set ambitious yetachievable sales targets track performance and implement correctivemeasures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with otherdepartments to ensure a cohesive approach to market. Provideregular reports to senior management on sales progress forecastsand strategies.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors or masters degree in businessadministration Sales Marketing IT or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales withat least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT servicessector.
    • A proven history of driving growthwithin an IT services environment backed by a robust understandingof the industry landscape both in India andinternationally.
    • An expansive network and areputation for turning strategic connections into profitablepartnerships.
    • Demonstrated ability to developand execute successful sales strategies in a competitiveenvironment.
    • Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of motivating andleading a team towards achieving sales goals.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales managementtools.
    • Willingness to travel asrequired.
