    QualityControl Specialist (QSS)


    JobDescription:
    Weare currently seeking a meticulous and resultsdriven QualityControl Specialist (QSS) to join our
    esteemedSupply Chain Management team. This role demands exceptionalcommunication skills and
    aprofound understanding of supply chain intricacies within theautomobile sector. As a QSS you will
    beinstrumental in maintaining the highest standards of qualityassurance and operational excellence
    inorder reconciliation and monitoring orders versus receivedproducts.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    OrderReconciliation:
    Perform comprehensive analysis of purchaseorders invoices and delivery receipts to
    reconcilediscrepancies and uphold accurate records.
    Utilize advanced data analysis techniquesand software tools to identify patternsand
    trendsin order data facilitating proactive resolution ofdiscrepancies.
    Collaborate closely with internalprocurement logistics and finance teams toensure
    alignmentand accuracy in order reconciliationprocesses.
    Conduct regular audits of reconciliationprocedures to identify areas forimprovement
    andimplement corrective actions as necessary.
    Develop and maintain standardizeddocumentation and SOPs for orderreconciliation
    processesto ensure consistency and compliance with industryregulations.


    Ordersvs Received:
    Implement robust systems and proceduresfor monitoring incoming orders andverifying
    themagainst received products to ensure accuracy andcompleteness.
    Utilize advanced tracking and tracingtechnologies to monitor the movement ofgoods
    throughoutthe supply chain enabling realtime visibility and proactive issueresolution.
    Investigate discrepancies between orderedquantities and received productsconducting
    rootcause analysisand implementing corrective actions to preventrecurrence.
    Collaborate with suppliers and logisticspartners to establish clear communication
    channelsand streamline orderfulfilmentprocesses.
    Provide regular reports and insights tosenior management on order accuracy and
    fulfilmentperformance highlighting areas of improvement and opportunitiesfor
    optimization.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Supply ChainManagement Logistics BusinessAdministration or a
    relatedfield. Master s degree or professional certification (e.g. APICSCPIM) is a plus.
    Minimum of 5 years of progressiveexperience in supply chain management witha
    demonstratedtrack record of success in the automobileindustry.
    Expertise in order management systems(OMS) enterprise resource planning (ERP)
    softwareand data analysis tools.
    Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with a keen eye for detail and the abilityto
    interpretcomplex data sets.
    Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively
    collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and externalstakeholders.
    Proven ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment manage multiple projects
    simultaneouslyand prioritize tasks effectively.

    Strong understanding of quality managementprinciples including ISO standards and
    bestpractices in supply chain qualityassurance.
    Demonstrated leadership skills and theability to drive continuous improvement
    initiativeswithin a dynamic and evolvingorganization.
