    Role:

    HR Head at Flying-

    As the HR Head at Flying-, your primary mission is to establish and nurture robust connections between aviation professionals and airlines across key regions including Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ). Your central focus revolves around curating and facilitating aviation job openings on our platform. In addition to this, you'll be responsible for overseeing the success of the Online Aviation Internship Program and spearheading the innovative Avia Video Resume Program (ViSume). Furthermore, your role extends to promoting and aggregating our collection of Aviation Books across these regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Identification: Conduct extensive research to pinpoint available aviation job opportunities in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and evolving requirements.

    Strategic Collaboration:

    Engage in collaborative efforts with airlines to fully grasp their specific recruitment needs. Forge strong partnerships to ensure a seamless alignment between job postings and the criteria set by airlines.

    Job Listings Management:

    Create accurate, comprehensive job listings and ensure their prompt publication on the Flying- job board. Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and completeness in all postings.

    Ongoing Updates:

    Regularly update and manage job listings to reflect the most recent and pertinent opportunities. This ensures the platform remains current and serves as an informative hub for aviation professionals.

    User Engagement:

    Interact actively with aviation professionals and job seekers, providing unwavering support, guidance, and ensuring an impeccable user experience on our platform. Respond to queries and extend assistance whenever necessary.

    Online Aviation Programs Management:

    Oversee the efficient operation and seamless integration of the Online Aviation Internship Program and the Avia Video Resume Program within the platform, ensuring their success and user satisfaction.

    Promotion of Aviation Books:

    Strategically promote and aggregate our Aviation Books collection in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ. Implement targeted marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement with these valuable resources.

    In-depth Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aviation industry, its dynamics, and emerging trends.

    Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with professionals and airlines.

    Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using various digital platforms and tools for job postings and user engagement. As the HR Head, you'll be at the forefront of connecting aviation talent with exciting opportunities, playing a pivotal role in the success and growth of Flying-

    Application Deadline:

    31 Dec 2023

    In this role, you will engage with six Airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. You'll also visit the official websites of these Airlines to source additional opportunities. Your findings will be promptly published on our Aviation Job Board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linketree, and Instagram. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective Airlines.

    As an HR Head, it's essential to maintain a strong presence on all major Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn, Linktree, and Insta. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online Aviation Internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.

    To be considered for this position, we ask that you create a compelling PowerPoint presentation on Airlines hiring and deliver it via Google Meet with our team. The work hours for this role are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) with a 1-2 hour lunch break. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, requiring a self-driven and proactive approach. Join us in revolutionizing the Aviation industry

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus.

    Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the Aviation industry.

    Strong understanding of Aviation Job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in using AI Job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems.

    Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    A passion for the Aviation industry and a commitment to promoting career opportunities for Aviation professionals.
