    Description

    Job Description :
    Develop and implement the overall quality assurance strategy, test automation strategy, test plans, and methodologies for the project.

    • Supervise, guide, and mentor the QA team, providing direction, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
    • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team leads to plan and coordinate QA activities throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure the QA team adheres to established quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Develop and refine QA processes as needed.
    • Manage complex issues, investigate defects, and oversee their resolution. Generate detailed reports on test outcomes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
    • Manage resources efficiently, ensuring proper utilization of the QA team for optimal project outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization within the QA process.
    • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing
    • Experience in performing QA for data engineering/ data anlytics/ dat migration projects
    • 35 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the QA domain.
    • Experience/ expsoure of performing autamted testing for data engineering/ data anlytics/ dat migration projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Proven experience in a QA leadership role in software development or a similar industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Detailoriented with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
    • Project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
