Brand Marketing & Marketing operations

  • Work alongside with the brand marketing team on campaign development and other brand marketing initiatives including coordination and driving execution in liaison with cross functional teams and external agencies.
  • Develop sharp briefs along with Brand Marketing team for creative, research, media agencies in line with campaign objectives.

Customer forward initiatives:

Lead the coordination and execution for some customer forward initiatives and experience programs - This will involve coordination with multiple internal teams across category, product, analytics, logistics as well as external partners etc.

to ensure asset and program rollout is on track.


Analytical thinking:
Drive coordination with BI/ Analytics for better decision making. Ability to look at data and gather insights and share with teams for decision making.


Digital Marketing Understanding:
The role involves working closely with digital marketing teams, agencies. Hence, understanding of latest trends in digital media as well as creative requirements for digital media are mandatory. Any certifications, understanding of digital marketing will be a bonus.


Required Skill Sets:


  • 2 years of experience in brand marketing. In this role, you need to be creative and analytical with high bias for action, customer obsession, and accountability.


The role requires the incumbent to be fast & frugal and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and hence, strong project management skills are mandatory.

Passionate about learning, detail orientation, ability to work fast and across multiple projects. Preferably MBA(Marketing) from 2019, 2020 batch.
