- Monitor risk remediationactivities exceeding the risk appetite.
- Develop and implement risk mitigationstrategies and action plans.
- Report to boards and working groups on a regular basisproviding advice and resolving conflicting goals
- Stay abreast of relevant lawsregulations and industry standards affecting theorganization.
- Monitorcontrol implementation & effectiveness. Track controlattestations and exceptions Evaluating the implementation andeffectiveness of a control.
- Participate in security incident investigationsdocumenting findings and recommending correctiveactions.
- Support IntlGRC management and entity management reporting needs.
- Analyze security metrics data toidentify trends patterns and anomalies that may indicate areas ofconcern or opportunities for improvement.
- Report to management on overall Resiliencestatus as measured against risk appetite/tolerance.
- Coordinate with 1LOD toassess/monitor SLA performance for outsourced security services andreport back on root cause for non compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experiencein Information Security roles.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Governance Risk andCompliance (GRC) roles.
- Proven understanding of regulatory frameworks andcompliance standards.
- Handson experience with risk assessment methodologiesand tools.
- Familiarity with information security principles andbest practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing GRC policiesand procedures.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent understanding of ITrisk management concepts.
- Proficient in using GRC tools and platforms.
- Experience working within aglobal technology or fintech organization
- Bachelors degree in information security orrelated field.
- Industryrecognized certifications such as; CISSP CISA orCRISC are preferred.
