    Description
    Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is looking for candidates for the following role in the Mumbai office:
    • Assistant Vice President/ Vice President - Actuarial (Non Life) - Treaty Reinsurance Guy Carpenter.
    What you will do:
    • Provide actuarial and financial modeling consulting services to clients and colleagues
    • Model the probability distributions of the underwriting results of an insurance company client
    • Work with the catastrophe modeling team to understand natural peril drivers of clients' financial performance
    • Support the renewal process through reinsurance pricing analysis and negotiation support
    • Analyze how the distribution of results changes due to different reinsurance alternatives
    • Utilize cost/benefit analysis to recommend optimal reinsurance programs
    • Respond to client queries, monitor market trends, and provide technical training
    • Structure reinsurance arrangements to optimize economic value for insurers/clients
    • Collaborate with the Global Guy Carpenter team on actuarial reserving tools
    • Manage client relationships and deliver Marsh/Guy Carpenter offerings effectively
    Requirements:
    • 5-7 years of commercial experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

    • Knowledge of global industry conditions and product lines
