    Description

    Immediate Joiners :

    Outlined below are the key skills and qualifications we are looking for in potential candidates :

    • Networking Protocols : Proficiency in a variety of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, MPLS, and others.
    • Routing and Switching : In-depth knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including configuring and managing routers and switches.
    • Network Design : Ability to design and plan network architectures that meet specific business needs, including redundancy, scalability, and security.
    • Network Security : Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, access control lists (ACLs), and security best practices.
    • Load Balancing : Knowledge of load balancing technologies and solutions to optimize network performance and availability.
    • Quality of Service (QoS) : Understanding of QoS mechanisms to ensure proper traffic prioritization and management.
    • Network Monitoring and Management: Proficiency in network monitoring tools and SNMP for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
    • Wireless Networking : Experience with configuring and managing wireless networks, including Wi-Fi standards and security.
    • Network Troubleshooting : Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
    • Vendor-Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in network equipment from various vendors like Cisco ,hp, Fortinet and Juniper.
    • Documentation : Ability to create and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
    • Network Performance Optimization : Skills in optimizing network performance through tuning and capacity planning.
    • Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP,CCIE and relevant vendor-specific certifications are preferred.
