    Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with key business stakeholders, COEs, and business leaders to align HR strategies with business needs and priorities.
    • Facilitate the implementation of HR initiatives such as MiVoice survey results and action planning seamlessly across Corporate Functions.
    • Manage senior stakeholders effectively, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic HR guidance.
    • Drive the development and execution of talent management strategies to support organizational objectives.
    • Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices and processes.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 45 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with significant exposure to managing senior stakeholders.
    • Experience in partnering with corporate functions or similar business units is preferred.
    • MBA or PG degree in HR from a reputable institute like KJ Somaya or equivalent.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and programs in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
    • Knowledge of best HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
