Key Deliverables
(Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job) :
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across India
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Help ensure the team is structured and aligned to adequately meet changing business priorities.
Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
Driving the recruitment process within designated departments and ensuring that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
Coordinating with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, leveraging new technology and channels in the recruitment space in coordination with stakeholders.
Reviewing market data periodically to benchmark compensation across new roles and positions in assigned departments to bring market-wide parity for those positionsKey Skills:
Strong experience in a leadership role in a talent acquisition function with exposure to managing teams
Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, with emphasis on establishing trust, through proactive solutions, delivery against commitments, and honest, transparent communication.
Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
Proficient in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint Presentation)
