    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and customers. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the B2B industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Knowledge of the B2B marketplace and industry trends

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers
    • Identify and acquire new clients and customers through proactive prospecting and networking
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
    • Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions
    • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
