    Job Title:Human ResourceExecutive
    JobDescription:We are lookingfor a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to joinour team. The primary responsibility of this role will be torecruit onboard and manage the sales executive team for selling ourannual car and bike subscription products. As a growing platform weare focused on expanding our customer base and require skilledprofessionals to achieve our sales targets. The role will involveidentifying and targeting potential customers and therefore we areseeking individuals with strong recruitment and leadershipskills.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Recruitonboard and manage the sales executiveteam
    • Collaborate with the business developmentteam to target customers
    • Conduct regularmeetings and performance evaluations
    • Implementsales strategies to achieve targets
    • Providesupport and guidance to the salesteam

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in recruitment andsales management
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in afastpaced and targetdrivenenvironment
