Description
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Sales person to join our organization. The responsibilities of the AVP of sales includes overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.
To be successful as a Sales person, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of sales should have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
You will lead a team of professionals to meet the company's customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for the Division 2 of Scorg Technologies comprising of products like Rescribe DMS / Rescribe QMS / Rescribe EMR / Rescribe Elite. You will be responsible for:
· Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
· Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships
· Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
· Ensuring the proper use of CRM database and tools to track performance
· Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
· Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
· Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
· Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
· Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
· Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
Key Requirements:
• Sales candidates should hold a PGDM/MBA degree with a specialization in healthcare or possess significant experience in healthcare marketing. Alternatively, a candidate with an MBBS degree & experience in hospital administration would also be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
• You have prior experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
• You have successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams.
• You are a team-player that thrives in helping others succeed.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
