    Rolex India Engineering: Storage Solutions Sales Representative

    Rolex India Engineering is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality storage system solutions, including mobile compactor systems, staff lockers, cell phone lockers, slotted angle racks, and heavy-duty racks. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Storage Solutions Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consult with clients to understand their specific storage needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions from our product portfolio.
    • Conduct site surveys to assess space availability and provide customized storage layout plans.
    • Generate detailed proposals outlining product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
    • Liaise with clients throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns and building strong relationships.
    • Secure new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals for our storage solutions, exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the value proposition of Rolex India Engineering's products and their ability to solve specific storage challenges.
    • Manage your own sales territory and quota, ensuring efficient time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new storage solutions to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
    • Participate in sales training programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure smooth project execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the storage solutions industry or a related field.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a self-managed environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent understanding of space optimization principles and storage system configurations.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
    • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A valid driver's license is preferred.
