    Description

    You'll be working with the product and engineering team.

    This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners
    • Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration, informing and partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
    • Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners
    • Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
    • Assist in creating presentation materials for executive management, potential partners and customers
    • Develop external perspectives on competitors, market attractiveness etc

    Key qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in management consulting, corporate business development
    • Master's in Business Administration from a top ranked institution highly preferred
    • A track record of identifying strategic opportunities, developing recommendations to achieve, and delivering results
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and internal and external stakeholders from different functions, businesses, and backgrounds
    • Strong work ethic resulting in consistent, high-quality performance
    • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, time sensitive, and collaborative environment
    • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
