All hiring decisions will be based solely on qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job requirements.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and driving the recruitment strategy for one of our Business Unit and help us grow the team with qualified candidates and achieve business goals. Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team of Recruiters and drive Recruitment Execution by looking at Recruitment Metrics
  • Will be hands on and will individually be responsible for hiring at senior levels like Director/VP
  • Will Lead Sourcing Strategies for the team
  • Help and assist team members with closing and negotiating with the candidates
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Manage the relationship with Internal Stakeholders
    • Job Requirement
  • Atleast 10+ years proven work experience in leading teams responsible for IT technical hiring.
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Hands-on in leadership level hiring
  • Experience in bulk hiring and managing large hiring numbers
  • Demonstrated success in hiring talent for software product engineering companies
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools ()
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
