Job Summary:


We are looking for an Area Sales Officer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

You will be responsible for increasing sales, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in your assigned area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for our spices products in your area.
  • Find new business opportunities to grow our market share.
  • Understand customer needs and market trends through research.
  • Analyze competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues quickly.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Give feedback to improve our products and services based on customer insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, especially in the FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of spices products and the FMCG market.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
