    Job Description
    VRM - Tele caller will be given leads to call from the organization, and they will also have to close the deal on prospective customers/clients. There will target every month to achieve which is different designation-wise. Products related to life insurance can be in terms of investment, guarantee, and protection.
    Requirements
    • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
    • Learn details about our product and service offerings
    • Address any questions or issues customers may have
    • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
    • Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
    • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
    • Measure identified KPIs
    • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
    • Track and document call and sales

    Must Criteria :

    • Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred would-be Life insurance.
    • Gender - Male / Female.
    • Graduation is compulsory.
    • No professional gap of more than 3 months
    • Excellent communication skills
    • It's a sales profile, target-oriented.
    • Fully vaccinated.
    • The candidate should have a stable profile and not a frequent job hopper.
    • Ability to work with computers

    Working hours: - Day shift 9: 30 to 6:30, 2 Saturdays are off remaining working, all Sundays are off.
