    Aboutthe Role: Senior Manager Purchase(Solar)

    Asa Senior Manager Purchase (Solar) at GRE Renew Enertech PrivateLimited you will oversee the purchase of highquality materials andcomponents for solar power projects. Your responsibilities includedeveloping purchasing strategies managing supplier relationshipsand ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support projectrequirements.

    FunctionalParameters:

    1. CostReduction:

    Target:Achieve a 10% reduction in purchasing costs annually througheffective negotiation and strategicsourcing.

    1. SupplierPerformance:

    Target:Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers ensuring at least95% ontime delivery and qualitycompliance.

    1. InventoryManagement:

    Target:Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuringthe availability of necessary materials forprojects.

    1. SourcingStrategy:

    Target:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify reliablesuppliers and maintain a diverse supplybase.

    1. ContractNegotiation:

    Target:Successfully negotiate supplier contracts aiming for a 90% successrate in achieving favourableterms.

    1. QualityAssurance:

    Target:Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure purchasedmaterials meet industry standards and projectspecifications.

    1. ProcessEfficiency:

    Target:Streamline purchase processes and workflows aiming to reducepurchase cycle times by20%.

    1. RiskManagement:

    Target:Identify and mitigate purchasing risks by implementing contingencyplans and diversifying supplysources.

    1. CostForecasting:

    Target:Provide accurate cost forecasting and budgeting for purchasingactivities with a goal of 95%accuracy.

    1. SupplierDiversity:

    Target:Foster supplier diversity by working with a mix of local and globalsuppliers to enhance supply chainresilience.

    Requirements

    FundamentalParameters:

    Experience:Minimum 58 years of provenexperience in listedcompanies.
