    Aboutthe Role: Senior Manager Liaisoning(Solar)

    Asa Senior Manager Liaisoning (Solar) at GRE Renew Enertech PrivateLimited you will play a key role in establishing and maintainingrelationships with government agencies regulatory bodies and otherstakeholders in the solar industry. Your responsibilities includenavigating legal and regulatory requirements securing permits andapprovals and ensuring compliance with industrystandards.

    FunctionalParameters:

    1. RegulatoryCompliance:

    Target:Ensure full compliance with local state and national regulations inthe solar industry aiming for a 100% adherencerate.

    1. PermittingandApprovals:

    Target:Secure necessary permits and approvals for solar projects on timeaiming for a 95% successrate.

    1. StakeholderRelationships:

    Target:Build and maintain strong relationships with government agenciesutilities and other stakeholders ensuring smooth projectexecution.

    1. PolicyAdvocacy:

    Target:Stay informed on industry policies and advocate for favourableregulatory changes that benefit the company andindustry.

    1. RiskMitigation:

    Target:Identify and mitigate regulatory and legal risks associated withsolar projects maintaining a clear risk managementstrategy.

    1. DocumentManagement:

    Target:Maintain accurate and organized records of permits licenses andcorrespondence ensuring readiness for audits orinspections.

    1. ComplianceTraining:

    Target:Provide training and updates to internal teams on regulatorychanges and compliance requirements to maintain high levels ofawareness.

    1. ProjectCoordination:

    Target:Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensurecompliance requirements are met onschedule.

    Target:Act as the primary point of contact for government agenciesutilities and other regulatory bodies for allprojects.
