    Job Summary:
    The Sr.

    Manager of Account Payables P2P leads and manages the P2P function including the management of Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable teams.

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to the company with regards to Account & finance and P2P services.
    • Partner and collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Legal) to support stakeholders effectively.
    • P2P process engineering, requirements definition, process analysis and design, workflow analysis, and develop asis and tobe business processes.
    • Develop and maintain P2P policies & procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accomplish work predictably and efficiently.
    • Drive use of P2P technology and automation tools to improve workload management and efficiency of service delivery.
    • Ensure the transmission of data from P2P systems and tools to General Ledger is accurate and timely.
    • Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
    • Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
    • Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
    • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
    • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics
    • Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthend and yearend close processes for accounts payable
    • Assist with audits and provide Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • 4 to 5 years of team management experience.
    • 10+ years experience in AP, O2C, R2R, P2P.
    • Strong experience vendor master data.

    Desired Skills :

    • Understand and demonstrate knowledge of Accounts and Finance Function ( P2P, )
    • Primary role will be Procure to Pay (skill set should be min 8 on 10).
    • Vendor master, Invoice processing, Controls in AP, Centre of excellence
    • Thought to build COE, Exposure in building SLA and KPI )
