    Job Summary:

    As a Senior Manager (Talent Management), you will be responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our organization. You will partner with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, business leaders, and other senior managers, to identify talent needs and design programs that support the growth and development of our employees. In this role, you will lead a team of talent management professionals to implement those programs and ensure their effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with business goals and support employee development and growth.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs and design programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Design and execute career development programs, including succession planning, career paths, and leadership development.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
