    Job Description:


    • We are looking for a Senior Manager in Accounting and Finance with extensive experience in Record to Report (R2R) and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements within the R2R function.


    As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the R2R team, managing reconciliations, and providing strategic guidance to optimize financial Oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process, including month-end close activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.


    • Manage a team of accounting professionals responsible for reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline R2R processes and improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Finance, Treasury, and Internal Audit, to support financial initiatives and resolve issues.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster professional development and enhance performance.
    • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for senior management as Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;


    10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with a focus on Record to Report (R2R) and reconciliation processes.


    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls.
    • Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel; experience with reconciliation tools/software is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
    • Detailoriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
    • Ability to adapt to change and drive innovation in financial processes.
