    Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Senior Consultant, Data-Tech-AI

    In this role, you will be acting as a SME for the domain, responsible for value add to the output produced by the junior resources, review the work and ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectations.

    Responsibilities

    ·Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges

    ·Design and implement solutions that enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspects

    ·Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations

    ·Assist the technical/automation team to automate the testing process

    ·Understand basic accounting concepts.

    ·Conducted product testing and gathered user's feedback to make product improvements and iterate on the product roadmap.

    ·Review the output of the junior resources in the team and share the feedback.

    ·Connect with client stakeholders for query solving.

    ·Contribute Process improvement ideas.

    ·Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup.

    ·Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same.

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

    ·Proven experience in hedge fund operations, with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.

    ·Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and financial technologies.

    ·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

    ·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    ·Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms used in hedge fund operations.

    ·Experience in providing training and support to end-users.

    ·Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and reporting within the hedge fund industry.

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    ·Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or technical certifications) are a plus.
