    About the Thought Leadership Team-

    The Thought Leadership team plays a key role in supporting the Assurance function of the Firm to ensure compliance with professional standards, code of ethics, and relevant regulations.

    • Conduct regular inspections of engagements to maintain efficient quality control.
    • Standardize templates and working papers for Audit & Assurance Team.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Assistant Manager Position

    Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

    Location: Gurugram / Noida

    • Support engagement inspections (Cold reviews, Hot reviews), collaborate with engagement teams, assist in rating review comments, grade reviewed files, conduct root cause analysis, help in preparing reports for leadership, and plan training based on review findings.
    • Assist in ISQM implementation by drafting policies and procedures, coordinating with other service lines, conducting gap analysis, assessing risks at the firm level, testing SOQM effectiveness, conducting surveys, and preparing reports on compliance with quality standards.

    As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations of the TL Team and report directly to the Director or Partner.
