    What are your key responsibilities?

    • Be part of the Reinsurance Financial Reporting team and aid in designing and maintaining QlikView and Power BI Dashboards.
    • Support Anaplan activities during Planning and Reforecast cycles, working with stakeholders to enhance processes and results.
    • Prepare reconciliations, including P&L reconciliations, to ensure data accuracy and alignment with financial goals.
    • Extract queries from EFR & HFM and perform detailed analysis to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
    • Lead process automation and standardization of various reports/dashboards/presentations. Execute and Develop Queries in QlikView, Power BI, and VBA / SQL for data cleansing.
    • Maintain transparent communication channels with onshore counterparts, both written and verbal, to promote collaboration and manage expectations.
    • Create and maintain process documentation to guarantee consistency and effectiveness.
    • Offer assistance for ad-hoc tasks as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

    You will be under the guidance of the Manager – Reinsurance Financial Reporting.

    We seek someone with these capabilities and competencies:

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Degree in IT/Engineering: Qualified with relevant years of experience.
    • Proficient in QlikView, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Database Management, and Excel.
    • Knowledgeable in Anaplan and HFM will be an added advantage.
    • Strong technical skills paired with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven aptitude in working on SQL Server for data extraction and query formulation.

    • Detail-focused with an emphasis on precision and data integrity.
