    Practice Delivery Description


    Job Description:
    Delivery Lead.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the offshore
    expansion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


    • Global Talent Acquisition and

    Team Building:
    Manage the hiring process based on
    project demands, leveraging knowledge of global talent markets to assemble high performance
    teams. Work with various support functions to efficiently run the
    fulfillments.

    Project Transition Management:
    Oversee the seamless transition of application
    development and infrastructure projects to offshore locations, ensuring continuity and
    minimizing disruption.

    Performance Optimization:
    Implement best practices and methodologies to ensure
    newly formed teams quickly reach high levels of productivity and performance.


    • Stakeholder Communication and

    Status Reporting:
    Maintain open and effective
    communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing
    any concerns.

    Quality and Compliance:
    Ensure all migrated projects meet the highest quality
    standards and comply with contractual obligations and client stakeholder
    expectations.

    Risk Management:
    Proactively identify risks associated with the initiatives, projects
    executed and develop effective mitigation strategies.

    Cultural Integration:
    Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration among onsite and
    offshore teams, ensuring a smooth integration process and promoting a unified work
    environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business
    Administration, or related field.


    • Minimum of 20 years' experience in the software industry, with significant
    experience in leading large-scale offshore initiatives, including software
    development, testing, and infrastructure projects execution, talent migration and
    project transitions.


    • Demonstrated expertise in global hiring, team building, and making teams perform
    effectively in a short timeframe.


    • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex
    application development and infrastructure projects.


    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of
    motivating teams and managing stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures.


    • Deep understanding of the challenges and best practices associated with
    movement of positions from onsite to offshore.


    • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of
    delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment.
