Description

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing the interior design of the establishment.

Your role involves creating a visually appealing and functional space that aligns with the brand identity, enhances the overall dining and drinking experience, and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts that integrate the aesthetic preferences of the practical considerations for restaurant operations.
Optimize the layout of the bar, dining area, and other spaces to ensure efficient use of space and a seamless flow for customers and staff.
Consider factors such as seating capacity, traffic flow, and accessibility.
Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes that align with the brand image, create a cohesive look, and meet durability and maintenance requirements.
Ensure that the selected materials contribute to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Pay attention to ergonomics, comfort, and durability when choosing furniture.
Design a lighting scheme that complements the overall ambiance, highlights key features, and creates the desired mood.
Incorporate both functional and decorative lighting elements.
Curate and place decorative elements, artwork, and accessories that enhance the theme and contribute to the overall atmosphere.
Ensure that decor items are aligned with safety regulations and maintenance requirements.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction or renovation process.
Coordinate with the visual merchandiser, culinary team, and management to align interior design with branding and marketing efforts.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that design choices align with financial constraints.
Source costeffective materials and furnishings without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an interior designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful restaurant or hospitality projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Strong understanding of spatial arrangements, color theory, and design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
